Refund policy

Please use the Benyamin Apoo return portal to obtain a return label. Please be advised that you will require your tracking and tracing number or your order number, which you can find in the shipment confirmation email you received when your Apoo's were shipped. Please include a completed return form so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible. If you are unable to locate the return form, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please download the return form and ensure that the return(s) are sent to us in the original packaging using the return label provided. Please note that the product should not be walked on wooden floors, stone-tiled floors, or hard floors.

Please ensure that the heels are returned in their original Benyamin Apoo box, including the original Apoo shipping box, undamaged, unworn and with all original packaging intact. The soles of unworn heels must be clean and free of damage, including any minor marks. When trying on Benyamin Apoo heels, please stand on a soft surface and refrain from removing the hygienic plastic strip until you are certain you are keeping them. We kindly request that you do not stand on wooden or stone-tiled floors. Following these guidelines will protect the sole from damage and ensure your refund or exchange is processed effortlessly. Please note that shoes returned without the original box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
