Shipping policy

We are delighted to be able to fulfill your order and deliver it to you as soon as possible. Our warehouse processes and ships orders within 24 working hours for orders placed by 12 a.m. (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the Netherlands. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to Belgium, France, Germany and Italy on orders over €350. Should you require further information regarding shipping costs, please refer to the table below. Please note that: We regret to inform you that Benyamin Apoo is unable to deliver to post office boxes or hotels.

Regardless of the payment method selected, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can easily check the status of your order.

Please be advised that orders destined for locations outside the European Union may require customs clearance.

We are delighted to be able to deliver your order to you. Our objective is to deliver your order within three working days from the dispatch date in the Netherlands, within five working days in Europe and within eight working days for all other destinations worldwide.

Should you select the Express service, your order will be delivered within 1-5 working days, regardless of your location.

We appreciate that for products marked as "unavailable" on the website or on a "pre-order," the estimated delivery times only commence when the item is actually available in our warehouse. Please refer to our sales conditions for full details.

Please note that delivery times to non-EU countries may exceed the original estimated timeframe due to potential delays in customs clearance procedures. Products will be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable legislation.

Couriers will make three attempts to deliver the goods. In the event that the order is not delivered on the third attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse.
